Playa de Benijo is one of Tenerife’s most dramatic beaches and one of the clearest reminders that the island is not only about resort coastlines. Reached through the winding roads of Anaga, it delivers black sand, offshore rock stacks and the kind of Atlantic scenery that feels raw rather than groomed.
This is a beach for mood and landscape first. It often pairs naturally with walks in Anaga, a meal nearby or a slow drive through the northeast.
